What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that has been used for centuries.
It is defined in two parts:

Rei - meaning "spiritually guided"

Ki - meaning "life energy"

Simply put, Reiki is loving universal energy that is guided by its own wisdom. It is gentle, yet powerful. Reiki has been found to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and aid in the natural healing of mind, body, & spirit.
